I think my body is starting to shown signs of stress. Neck pain developed. Ontop of the back pain ive been getting on and off because of the weather. I’ve gone through about six bottles of advil in a relatively short time period. Also been on sleeping pills because I can’t get enough regularly.

It was so intense, and it was such a short nightmare. I literally froze up and completely immobilized, and when I woke up… I couldn’t breathe, like I kept trying and the air just wasn’t getting to my lungs. I really thought that progress was being made, but I guess my subconsciously truly knows me better than myself.

Ladybug on the subway

The incident changed me. I went from a confident 18 year old to this weak and sad little thing. Turned my life and world around, afraid of the corners, scared of the phone calls… scared of the name.
